4. Once you find a house, make sure you have considered the following: distance to work, quality of schools in the area, shops and restaurants, transportation links, parks and recreational areas and amenities. All of these elements contribute to making your new house a home.
5. Don't take chances. Enlist real estate professionals; lawyers, real estate agents and financial institutions who will guide you through the purchase of your new home.
